Implicit :all
Reported by Mislav | January 9th, 2008 @ 12:06 PM
Paul Berry reports:
# Article model
scope_out :published, :conditions => ["published_at is not null"]
# this works:
Article.paginate_published :all, :page => "1"
# raises ActiveRecord::RecordNotFound: Couldn't find Article without an ID
Article.paginate_published :page => "1"
I'm thinking of pushing :all implicitly to any finder, not just "paginate" and "paginate_by_*".

What was I thinking? This wasn't a good idea at all. I'll put all my hopes on named_scope
