Paginate view helpers

Not everyone wants Digg-style pagination. There should be helpers to render just "previous/next" links.
Maybe reuse the same helper?
<%= will_paginate @entries, :previous %>
<%= will_paginate @entries, :next %>
Also, the name of the "page" param should be customizable (for localization). It would default to "page", naturally.
