Pageless pagination

I need pageless pagination like in Humanized Reader. Patch adds will_not_paginate helper that writes few tags in addition to output of usual will_paginate. Other files are to manage javascript.

I liked the concept of pageless pagination ever since I've heard of it. Although your code is a bit too much application-specific stuff (especially JavaScript), I welcome your contribution and will, over some time, try to extract enough from your patch to enable this in new versions of will_paginate.
