Option to omit page=1 parameter on page one

View helper should allow the omission of the page=1 URL parameter with the :omit_page_one option.

I needed it for some legacy URL compatibility on a site I am working on where I only recently started using will_paginate.

This is a good idea. It looks better and it avoids 2 different urls having the exact same content which isn't optimal for searchengines.
